1. RIO TOUR
   Why not try a local mountain bike trip? Our bike tours are for the beginner to advanced biker, departing from Bike Mex daily with a duration of approx. 4 hours. Follow a river, meet local people, and view the Flora and Fauna of this region of Mexico. Go swimming and have a light snack in the Tropical Jungle!

2. GUINDURI MOUNTAIN
   Here's another tour for the beginner to advanced biker.
   
   We drive south along Vallarta's coast 40 minutes.
   
   Starting our adventure from a small village, we'll explore ranches and the Flora of this higher region. Some single track riding takes us to two waterfalls, where you can swim. When we leave the mountain area, we do a downhill ride on a road that leads to a small fishing village. The Bike Mex van picks you up and returns you to P.V. The tour lasts approx. 6 hours.

3. PUNTA DE MITA
   Calling all Beginner to Advanced Riders! An all-day excursion of fun, starting with a 45-minute drive north through the state of Nayarit. Our base for the day will be at a small local restaurant on a beautiful beach.
   
   Bike routes depend on ability and fitness level, and last from 2 to 4 hours. You'll be traveling mostly along secluded coastline over rolling hills. For the more advanced rider, a challenging single track awaits! Swim, snorkel, relax, and have lunch on the beach!

4. SAN SEBASTIAN BIKING EXPEDITION
   This trek is for all High Intermediate to Advanced Riders!
   
   A very special trip which can be arranged as a two day/one night or a four day/three night adventure. We'll take a small plane 20 minutes up to the old silver and gold mining town of San Sebastian, check into the old Hacienda Jalisco, and tour the town.
   
   The following day, we'll head out to the next town, and continue to explore before returning to PV. This is a customized trip. Advance reservations are necessary.
   
   
5. KILLER DONKEY TOUR
   For the advanced (fit) cyclist who wants to explore beyond the jungles and climb to approx. 2,000 feet on packed conditions to a small town high in the Sierra Madre Mountains. We recommend an early morning departure to beat the heat. Depending on distance ridden, this tour lasts approx. 3 to 4 hours.

1. EL SALTO CASCADE
   A 6-hour hike for intermediate to advanced hikers. This trip begins on the Rio tour and then continues as we climb over the mountain higher into the Sierras where we take you to a beautiful secluded waterfall!

2. RIO TOUR

3. GUINDURI MOUNTAIN
   We drive you south of Vallarta about 40 minutes to a very old village. From that location, we'll depart high into the jungles of the Sierra Madre mountains.
   
   We'll hike up past old ranches to arrive at a site with two waterfalls where we'll relax. Then we'll continue downhill to a small fishing village by the sea -a great finish to a great day. Tour time is 6 to 7 hours.

The Huichol Indians are one of the last remaining indigenous cultures in the world -- and one that have retained the traditions, customs, and language of their ancestors.

The Sierra Madre is so rugged that the Spaniards left it alone during their conquest of Mexico, and noted revolutionary leader Pancho Villa chose to hide there during the Mexican Revolution. This challenging geography has been the homeland of the Huichol for centuries, who today number about 16,000.
