We can provide accommodations and make wedding night arrangements for the bride and groom. While your guests are here in Puerto Vallarta, they need to be entertained.

DMC Vallarta can coordinate and book tours that will suit everyone. Tours can include fishing charters, sailboat charters, eco-tours, mountain biking, horseback riding in the jungle, and more.

This most special day should revolve around the bride, groom, and their family and friends, not spent trying to figure out the intricacies of Mexican law. We provide a list of all documentation required legally in Mexico for your day of days and we walk through the entire process with you. Remember your wedding with fondest memories instead of remembering all the work! We handle all the problems, all the deadlines, and all the arrangements. Just got married in PV – FANTASTIC!

As my husband mentioned in a previous e-mail, Vibiana was awesome. Believe it or not, we planned our wedding through e-mail. I would tell Vibiana exactly what I wanted, she would "shop" around and e-mail me back with quotes, and I would send the money via Western Union. I never had any problems or concerns. She put everything together for us and stuck around until the last minute of the wedding. Vibiana has worked with coordinators from the different hotels and has great contacts. She met with us at the hotel before and after the wedding.

True story: after our reception we checked into a different hotel (Camino Real) Puerto Vallarta. We were not very pleased with the room, so the next morning I called her before going out on an excursion (about 7:30 am) not realizing it was a Sunday morning (hey, you don't keep up with the days on your honeymoon, right?). She did not mind at all, told my husband and I to go on our trip, enjoy it and she would take care of everything. When we got back, she had already talked to the manager and the hotel staff quickly moved us into an upgraded room.

I have to give kudo points to Roberto Aceves, the photographer whom Vibiana got for us. The man is a genius. His photos are well worth the price, and not only that, he's just a great guy who made us laugh and seemed to genuinely want to make our wedding day as special as can be.
